If I was to build a Snowflex Urban Snowsports Centre how much land would I need? PDF Print E-mail

As a general rule you would need approx 5 to 6 times the size of the slope to allow for constructing a lodge complete with sufficient parking and supporting infrastructure.

For example a 10,000sqm slope would need a 60,000sqm land footprint (6 hectares)

1 acre = 4 046 square meters

1 hectare = 2.47 acres
