French project well on course for the summer

Since the initial announcement made back in January, Briton have been working alongside their agents Envirosport SA in developing the slope in Nœux-les-Mines project in northern France.

Groundworks to the hill are now nearing completion and the first deliveries of Snowflex® and associated products have also been received on site.

Production of Snowflex back at the factory in Scholes is also continuing in earnest to meet the demands that the installation team will soon be putting on it. The first few members of Briton’s experienced installation team are now on site and have begun the second stage to this exciting project. The team have begun to build the kickers, pipes and mogul field in readiness for when the rest of the group land later this month to begin the intricate task of laying Snowflex on the slope.

 The installation is on target for completion in the summer for handover to the client.
